[About cancellations, returns, and defective products]

We take all possible measures to deliver the product, but in the unlikely event that a defective product such as dirt or damage arrives, or if the product is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for a non-defective product or issue a refund. I will have it. However, it may take some time to exchange the product, or the replacement product may not be available. At MOKO, each item is handmade. Therefore, there are variations in size and pattern. Please accept our apologies for any minor scratches on the product.

*Regarding the cancellation of the workshop

~ 7 days before: 0 yen
6-5 days before: 30%
4-2 days before: 50%
1 day before to the day: 100%

*Please note that we cannot accommodate schedule transfers. *The price is per person.

Deadline for returns

As a general rule, please let us know via the inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives. However, if there are missing or incorrect pages, we will respond even after the same period. We will inform you of the return method and timing in the return e-mail.
